Topics discussed include: proposed construction of a high school in the Beaverbrook area; Lord Beaverbrook's donation of ten thousand dollars towards the project and arrangements for payment of gift; proposed projects for St. Thomas College (Chatham, N.B.); Beaverbrook's decision to fund construction of a rink and transfer of a one hundred thousand dollar payment to St. Thomas College; requests for funds and a Caroline Norton painting for the Saint John Law School; naming of the institution "Beaverbrook House"; and the naming of members to sit on the teachers' overseas scholarship selection committee. The file contains the original petition from the students of UNB requesting that Lord Beaverbrook resume the office of University Chancellor.
